Typically the two responses are somewhat similar and/or consistent with a theme, though.

Even if someone is saying something, if you walk to that person and get in their face, that makes you the aggressor.
Any reasonable person is gonn feel threatened and absolutely should feel threatened if someone gets in their face.
If you allow someone to get that close to you and not take it as a threat, that’s your fault if you get your arse kicked. If someone gets that close to you, swing! Or you are gonna get hurt

The video sets it up as if the guy in the street was just minding his own business, out for a jog. I guarantee you shite went down before he started filming. Did they know each other? Were they neighbors in some dispute? Were they perfect strangers? Was the dude in the street starting shite? There is absolutely no context.
