Is there really such a thing as an innocent victim?

Im talking about adults. Someone may not subjectively "deserve" the punishment they receive, but I don't believe anyone is innocent.
1. Get abused by SO, well you picked that SO.
2. Get shot by enraged co-worker, were you fricking with him too, or at least watching while others did?
3. Get hit by DUI, why were you driving at 3am?
4. Get your car keyed, unless the person who keyed it does it all day, everyday, you did something to set the wrong person off.
I see people do shite every day that I think they deserve the repercussions. Jay walk? I hope you get run over, you deserve it for nit being able to wait 10 GD seconds for the light to turn.
And most of you probably think I deserve something to happen to me for posting this, so again, is anyone really "undeserving" of the shite that may happen to them?

One of my best friends growing up was hit on a sidewalk at the age of 16 by a drunk driver at 5:30 on a Thursday. But I guess it’s his fault.

As as 99.9% lurker, and someone who was almost killed by an 18 wheeler on I-10 near Lafayette, I have come out of hiding for this.
