One of my techs out in the warehouse had a baby. I know he doesn’t make shite so we chipped in for a Walmart gift card. I thought it was a nice gesture.

Lukewarm take, but I think companies asking all employees for donations to a charity without matching is disgusting

The management group gets our EA a very nice Christmas gift (usually cash) every year. Totally different than a blast email. I’d never ask my staff to donate to some shite for someone that makes more money than them.
