Get up workout and eat healthy. When I eat bad I feel drained

Get your thyroid checked.

I can function on 6 hrs as long as it's good uninterrupted sleep.

If I were able to bang the eastern european model I happened to marry every night I wouldn't sleep much either.

It's all about getting your body adjusted. My next to last semester of college, I took 18 hours of classes, with tue/their classes starting at 8, and Mwf classes starting at 9, got out of class around 2, clocked in at McDonald's from 3-9p, then went straight to my other job as an overnight stocker at JcPenney from 10-6. The only off day I had was Saturday. I was getting at most 4 hours of sleep a day during the week. And still partying hard on weekends
Same when I was on the pipeline. Work 12-14 hours, sometimes longer days, get off, hit the gym, grab some grub, and chase tail till the wee hours of the morning, get back in the room around 3 and back at work at 6:30

You are a low energy beta male. Working out and eating right won't hurt but it won't change your genetic makeup to be beta.

Some people don't need much sleep to function. I am one of them. I don't sleep longer than 5 hours a night. Went for a few years on 2 hours every night, but now I wake up at the 5 hour mark without an alarm. 3-5 is a normal thing for me.

I heard Hillary is always tired because she smokes blunts all day

Is this when all the OT rockstars brag about their 3 hour sleep schedule?
Of course that much sleep is only required because they expend so much energy bangin dimes and pulling down 7 figures.

Are you serious about shampooing every day? I don't shampoo - believe me, your scalp adjusts.
You need to stop - it will take about 10 days but you'll never need to shampoo again. Hot water does the trick.

There honestly might be something to this. I'm definitely beta inclined, but thankfully I am tall and athletic, have good looks, acting skills, am WASPy as frick, and can "fake" being alpha. I'm definitely more like Jeb than Trump but I feel like I'm good at downplaying lame shite that Jeb does and projecting my cooler sides. Instead of bravado like Trump I have sarcasm and dry humor.

It's simple. He is full of shite.
I despise Trump, but this isn't unheard of. The CEO of the company I used to work for is 73 years old. He didn't sleep at night. He'd sleep ~1 hour at lunchtime, ~1-2 hours after work, and maybe ~1-2 hours at "bedtime". Otherwise, he was awake. It was nothing for me to have 10 emails from him ranging from 11PM until 5AM.
He drank coffee, but not really a high amount or anything. And he always skipped breakfast and lunch. Only meal of the day was dinner. His wife didn't allow him to eat breakfast or lunch.

Is he skinny? I've read/heard that Trump doesn't eat breakfast or lunch usually but how the frick is he kind of girthy then? He's definitely not skinny and doesn't look well. Maybe he just ingests 4,000 calories on really rich steak and lobster and bisque every dinner.

Shoot my dad goes to bed around midnight and gets up at 5. Also the hardest working person I know though

When I switched from college to the real world (from service industry until LATE at night.. to being at work across town for 7:30AM), the old ladies in at my new job thought it was just so funny that I was miserable all day. They kept saying I'd get used to it, and while it is slightly better now, I am nowhere near 100% used to it.
Even just the holiday break had me back on my old schedule within 3 days.
I do admit I love waking up early and I love when my body is in that routine... It just takes a lot of work for me to actually be in that routine because I naturally am a night owl/late sleeper.

Does he do something he loves? Or does he just have incredible self discipline?

He runs off of the money. He injects it directly into his veins each morning and it's the equivalent to a continuous 8-ball throughout the day.

Brah, speed is like cheat codes for real life. Don't knock it till' you've tried it. I don't even want to leave work at night, I'm so in the zone.
