The problem with the one length irons is that most of the amateur golfers that use them can't generate enough speed to get the correct flight on the ball with the lower irons.

One length irons most likely isn't the right set for you, but if you are dead set on them I would work on some speed training drills. It should help you get the ball into air a little better.
