That's crazy, if you think about it. I mean, where do you go? Where do you live? I imagine they would freeze to the death in the winter,

NYC has shelters that open specifically during the winter for this- or they live in the subways.

You're either part of the solution or part of the problem. If you haven't killed a homeless person in the last year, then you have no right to complain.

Has the fewest I've ever seen... actually, in the several dozen times I've been there, I can't recall seeing any (though I'm sure there are).

Their largesse is being squeezed as America is committing suicide absorbing more refugees from all corners of the globe..the welfare lines are too long to wait in..they chose to work the curb instead..just let the illegals and refuges have their tax dollars instead..

Ah what the Hell..300M+ populace..what's a another few million refuges each year..it's all just another Trillion in paper debt..just playtime Monopoly math for SocialistGlobalists..the graveyard shift at the Treasury will keep the presses printing full throttle.

Tent cities and Overpass people..are only going to grow..until the insanity stops..take care of our very own first and foremost.

We should use the $2Billion of frozen assets that Iran is demanding returned to help alleviate homelessness, mental illness, and provide more services to rural America.

yup, San Diego is pretty bad.

Pisses me off that I can't afford to live there but bums can.

SD is a relatively clean city. Heroin is an issue with the bums there, so I believe that's what you're referring to.

Being homeless in San Diego is a way of life. You can just chill out on the beach, walk over and get some free spaghetti from the hippies. They choose that life.

I was there for work for about a month and noticed quite a few, but one of the guys I was working with said he had lived and worked all over SoCal and said SD was the worst hands down. It gets really bad the closer you get to the desert. Did some night work in El Cajon. Tweekers everywhere.
