I'm not going to engage Liberator. His schtick isn't interesting. The Gaggle guy desperately wants to appear more rational and open minded, but then will act like something easily verified is impossible.
I'd rather him show back up in this thread.
Although at the end of the day, nothing we say matters, as the 5 (I kept a running count) flat earthers in this thread have already made up their minds.

There's quite literally hundreds of "lies" in the Bible. Although I'm sure he is using the term "lie" as a very subjective term.
Here's one, for instance:
We know for a biological fact that you cannot trace back the ancestors of many many animals down to two like in the Noah tale, it is a biological and genetic impossibility. They have demonstrated this without any doubt in animals like Cheetahs, for instance.
The genetic bottleneck is simply not possible.
(among many many many other ridiculous scientific impossibilities)

THAT my friend, is VERY compelling.
What we are told: NASA / US Gubmint had indeed already investigated and estimated the height of the Dome/Firmament near the earth's purported edge at 13,000 ft -- even sharing the coordinates of Latitude 80 degrees South, Longitude 90 degrees East.
The measurements taken in 1955-56 "re-affirms the measurement taken during a 1947 expedition -- according to Americana Encyclopedia.

The question has been posed here about the height of The Dome/Firmament. There it is as plain as day in that Encyclopedia Americana, 1958 (which was one of three older Encyclopedia sets my family had on the shelves.)
