No no no. Let's not move on past the fact that you all deny basic spatial reasoning. You all said I was wrong. I literally had to draw it for you. I was right.
You were right about what? Your sketch doesn't explain anything about why that would happen.

No you can't because it's not possible. If the earth were flat, then if any part of the surface were lit by the sun the entire surface would be lit.
There is actually an app that visualizes it. I've already gone over this. The sun is near earth with a limited light distance. It crests in its path over seasons between the tropics. On the outer tropic it is southern summer and northern winter. On the inner tropic it is northern summer and southern winter

See the sun there on the tropic, what is lit and unlit at that time. It is visualized right here, you can use the app all day and all year to tell what time it is and the position of the sun.

At this point you should accuse me of hawking an app to deflect from your latest argument (you can't visualize it!) getting completely btfo

Our heavens really work in this beautiful harmony. It's really awesome and you can track everything easily. You don't need modern arbitrary time systems and just believing earth is random. You don't need theoretical equations about spin and angle and tilt. The word month comes from moon. We have this beautiful clock and calendar designed for us. It works naturally. This is the truth.

We can’t because a non globe earth does not exist. You can because you are obviously on the tail end of a manic episode evidenced by you posting nonstop about this for 24 hours straight. Lithium. You have it . Take it. Caregivers . Hold him down and make him take it.

What's the distance for "near' and how do you define "limited light distance?"

And what I'm trying to explain to you is that Antarctica to the south of South America at that date and time is lit by the sun. That is southern hemisphere summer. How does the sunlight get way over there? I wonder why Antarctica is missing from this visualization?

That's not what you were trying to tell me. That's a new point you brought up after being btfo. You were trying to tell me I couldn't visualize it and the entire surface would be lit all the time. When that was beaten you moved on again. You will not be convinced. I will encourage everyone to look into it themselves, click the links, check the optics and geometry of spherical curvature themselves. Time to end this manic episode

Yes. Take your lithium. You have been going on nonstop for 24 hours. Your mind is weary.

I told you that as well. And indeed, a flat earth would be entirely lit by the sun in that position. The prior point was to try to explain that even if you do pretend that the sun's light has limited reach (as you said above), then you have to further explain how it is able to reach to the south of South America even though South America is dark.

To recap, you have made up a phenomenon without a physical explanation, which is that the sun's light has limited reach for reasons. If we accept that nonsensical statement as fact, you then have to make up a new phenomenon for why that limit can be overcome in order to reach Antarctica. If you're following along here, you might notice that the flat earth model has quite a few problems that must be hand waved away, and then it still doesn't make sense to someone with a fully developed brain.

He’s shut down bro. If you have dealt with people in the throes of panic episodes you won’t expect a response.

You sure? I'm still convinced that Gaggle is trolling and Liberator is a true believer.

Btw -- do you remember why the NASA been back to the Moon in 50 years??

Yes, the apollo missions switched up to try a manned space station. Entirely what skylab and apollo-soyuz missions were about. Then we went to the slaw arse space shuttle, but it did allow of to do a frick ton of skylab experiments. Then Reagan to Clinton slashed nasa budgets, so we had to partner with Russia instead of just Europe and Japan for a permanently manned space station. After a quarter century or so of that we're ready for longer lunar (or beyond) missions.

If my math is correct it's way easier and safer to do these mission closer to earth, instead of 230k miles away.

For fun, here's a formally classified photo of the first spacelab pallet getting assembled in Europe. The nerd pointing is my grandpa.

I’m going to ask a question that I know you can’t seriously answer, but here we are…

What, exactly, do you think the sun is, and how far do you think it is away? Because there is no plausible way to reconcile a giant nuclear fusion reactor sitting within a few thousand miles of the earth and not literally vaporizing everything. Not to mention if the sun orbits earth it would be less massive than earth, making nuclear fusion impossible - or else the earth would undergo fusion as well.

If you say that the sun does not undergo nuclear fusion, then what is its source of energy?

And what makes it revolve around the earth? Is it gravity? If not, something has to constantly input energy to keep it in motion.

I know that you mention NASA photoshops and using your camera, but literally no branch of any science agrees with a flat earth model. Thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, orbital mechanics, condensed matter physics, nuclear physics etc etc etc would all have to be a lie. You see, you can say the earth is flat and draw a nice little diagram of how it could visibly work, but then you actually have to do the critical thinking. All of these legitimate sciences fall apart in a flat earth model. Not one thing we have in the modern world could exist without them. From oil drilling and refining to fuel your vehicle, to nuclear power plants to power your home, all the way down to your heart being able to pump blood to the extremities of your body. All of it has to be a lie.

Cute picture though

The earth is round.
End of discussion.
Here is the real question…..
Is it hollow?
If the earth was an apple, the deepest hole ever dug on earth would not penetrate the skin of the apple.
Something to ponder on….
