See a urologist ASAP

I have this problem with morning shits lately. If I don’t get it out before leaving the house, it’s going to hit at some point with no warning. Have had to stop twice in the last few months and shite on the side of the road behind my car door.

Me too. I wake up early so I can take my time reading until my first cup of coffee and some magic fiber makes me grow a very impressive tail. Usually a no-wiper. Those days are much better than if I miss my early appt in the bathroom.

You can train your bladder to become a better baw to you

You probably have a weak urethral sphincter
It can spasm if you have anxiety or panic attacks, giving you the feeling the need to piss
What happens is it doesn’t fully relax and you feel pressure on your bladder and have to pee immediately and then you don’t void all of your urine.
Learn how to strengthen it through Kegals

May have some bladder inflammation
I did this a few years ago
Had a regular catheter inserted and a rectal catheter inserted as well to measure abdominal pressure
They take a bag of saline and pump that into your bladder
VERY weird sensation but the person then asks as it’s going in “ ok do you have to pee now?” Then as it’s progressing to “ at what point would you pull over on the side of the interstate and pee”
Basically I have permanent bladder inflammation and it makes the nerves in my bladder Uber sensitive to give my brain the impression I need to pee way more urgently than I really need to

I had that feeling for years along with severe ball pain starting about a year after testicular torsion surgery at age 19.
Turned out to be a combination of an inguinal hernia and weak pelvic floor. Got the hernia fixed via surgery and was put on a combo of a muscle relaxer and flomax for a few months and went to PT as well. It was funny being a young guy at the pelvic floor PT clinic surrounded by a bunch of 40 year old women
but man, it literally changed my life; this was all ages maybe 24-26 iirc (if ages matter as others are asking). Living in pain constantly ain't living; go get yourself checked out baw if it's really bothering you.

I have this issue on car rides as well, but its usually the day after a weekend long bender and its flaming diarrhea pie that needs to be released.
I shite on the side of a private road in the bunkie area a few months ago - there's nothing more defeating

A PSA reading does not require a finger up the arse. It can be determined by a simple blood test. Most medical stats show that a male should start getting regular PSA tests when he turns 40. And prostate cancer is hereditary, so have any sons tested starting at 40, as well.Prostate cancer has no real symptoms & can easily be treated if caught early...by a simple blood test.

Are you sure you are a guy? Not transgendered? You sound like my wife. Gotta go constantly, esp on a road trip.

1. Go to the doctor
2. Don’t ask the OT, unless you want dumbass responses

Relates to prostate enlargement.
Have had the same issue. This can be no joke, so get a PSA test and exam. I've even had to have an MRI to rule out prostate cancer.
As you age, it gets larger. Are you on Statins? The message for men on statins to pay attention to early warning signs of testosterone deficiency. That includes falling asleep after meals, noticing poorer athletic performance, having a change from an upbeat mood to a grumpy mood, and experiencing a reduced sex drive, etc. You could get your testosterone tested, but the real issue is to get to the root cause of what's causing this.
There are inhibitor drugs your doctor could prescribe. My doctor prescribed Alfuzosin for one month a blocker that is used to improve urination in men with benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate).
You could look into Prostate Supplements. Saw palmetto and pygeum, are thought to be helpful in treating an enlarged prostate. However, these substances are not regulated by the FDA and may be unsafe for consumption. GNC, or other sources, have supplements like that. Check with your physician of course.
Certain foods improve, or hurt, the situation potentially as well. LINK

You have an enlarged prostate. Please pay the receptionist on your way out.
Rx: Finasteride + Tamsulosin + a wide-mouth plastic jug under the seat of your car.

Have you had Covid recently? I went through this after having Covid in January. It started a week or two later. The urge to go would come out of nowhere and it was urgent. The first week or so was really bad. Then I went through a phase where I would ignore it and the feeling went away. It would come back stronger in 10 or 15 minutes. Over time it went away.
