First, you just have to kiss her. You will never know if it's friendzone or not until that happens. And don't think that just because she's flirty, she's not friendzoning. Bitches be crazy. It does sound like you have the right to attempt the kiss though, so go for it. But that's where the working with her thing comes into play. If it is just her being a flirt whose just playing games, things are going to get weird at work.
I will say I got the best advice my freshman year of college. My first real experience with hooking up with girls I didn't know very well. I had a few make out type situations that could have gone further, but I wasn't sure how to make that happen. Older friend serious as can be just said, "hey if she's making out with you back at your place alone, just pull it out. What's the worst that can happen". Worst outcome using that method was an HJ, so I'd say it's pretty damned good advice. I mean I wouldn't do it at the front door or anything, but it's good advice.
