The only way that walking bag of moles Jennifer Lawrence could ever get in movies was to blow and bang every casting director and producer in Hollywood. She’s pretty tough to look at on a big screen.

When talkies were just beginning. The friendship between Clark Gable and Joan Crawford who talked about both doing what they had to, in order to get roles.
Then there was the lack of actresses giving birth to children and adopting. Lots and lots of adoptions. Not because the women weren't married, but they couldn't conceive. Disease or botched abortions? Probably we'll nver know. But the problem wasn't something in the water
