You sound just like the first officer. I told him that there is a difference between someone not wanting someone behind you and not wanting someone to follow you. My situation was the former.

I've put 10 years into TD.

Gut instinct says that posters like you aren't real.

Then I remember everything from alejandro to dog butthole fingering.

Please stop making me question society more than I have to.

Seriously, yes. Is it constitutional? No, but they don't give a frick and nobody is going to do anything about it so they do it anyway.

You shouldn't have been pulled over for no reason, but they can do anything they want and in most cases will get away with it, as has been evidenced numerous times on camera in the last few years. They can beat the shite out of you on camera and get off with a slap on the wrist and a few paid days off. Do not argue with a cop. Do as you are told and remain silent. If you feel that your rights were violated then file a complaint with internal investigations that won't go anywhere or my favorite - call your senator because they really give a frick and are really gonna get off their corrupt asses and do something about it lol....good luck with that.

Sorry but not much you can do here. Sounds like your rights were violated and there really isn't much you're going to be able to do about it.

GOAT troll

My favorite was when you were bragging about being a homeowner then admitted that your dad bought the house.

The short answer is yes, they are allowed to simply drive behind you on a public roadway.

A) I don't believe this actually happened.
B) Police have to have suspicion of something to pull you over, but lets not act like it's impossible for them to B.S. a reason.
C) Never in a million years let them search your car.

I can just imagine some scared little girl shaking like a chihuahua at the prospect of "being followed" by a cop, acting extremely suspiciously, and waving at a cop to go around her and then having NO CLUE how he could possibly think she was behaving strangely. I'd ask where your fricking meth is.

Avoid - verb - to keep away from or stop oneself from doing.

Carry around copies of the 4th amendment. Next time a cop asks for your ID, hand him/her the copy of the 4th amendment instead, and forcefully assert to them that you know your rights.
