I wish a police would post here. Would you follow someone if you were a police officer or would you go around when they clearly do not want to be followed? It should have been obvious that I am not a criminal.

Also, the other poster said I was impeding traffic. No. I did slow down, but I also turned off fairly shortly after I did so. The only impeding I did was of the police car that should not have been following me.

Everyone always calls these out as troll posts. But this and the last thread are crazy crazy real-life crazy.

There are people that do this.

I don't think so. The last guy asked me to go to lunch to show there is no reason to be cautious around the police.

Real question aside from the OT b.s.

What kind of car do you drive?

Watched a former state trooper/narcotics agent talk about how they would profile things. He loved certain makes of vehicles, because of the hero he or anyone else in the station would be if they were to impound and auction off etc.

It's all about being top cop at the station and it is a competition.

If I was a police officer and I saw a car that clearly was trying to avoid me then yes I would pull them over to find out why they are trying to avoid me

I feel like I'm going in circles like I did with the first officer. I wasn't trying to avoid them, I was trying to drive in peace without a police officer behind me. If you don't follow me, then nothing happens.

you were taking an alternate route in order to avoid having the officer follow you....If I was an officer I would want to know why were you making a effort to lose me

My cell phone was turned off and in my purse.

You do know that if you have your cell phone on people can figure out where you are.

No. I was not avoiding the officer because I had no reason to avoid him. I did not want him following me, which is not "trying to avoid him."

Why are we going in circles?

That wasn't a new point or issue - I was stating a fact. No new thread needed.
