Is it common for a Non-profit CEO to keep 25% of all money taken in?

Mitch Landrieu did. Paid himself $600k in a year the NP took in $2m.
Looks like he got richer off of BLM.

Yes. Most non-profits are just money laundering operations.

Well history says that no one takes advantage of black people to the levels that other black people do and then you factor in that Landrieu is also a democrat, so this shouldn't surprise anyone

The real question is where did this money come from? What donations were they given? Grant money? Federal money?

25% is probably low.
More is covered in " expenses", like cars, homes, meals at restaurants, " business" trips, etc.

That’s probably not including all of his tax deductions for “operating expenses”. Non-profits should have to be audited every 3 years for tax purposes.
