Not even close. Bogalusa is the first that comes to mind. I've spent time all over the state, including the shitty central western part, and Bogalusa is easily top 3.
I was riding through town one time a few years ago, and this guy was standing in the middle of one of the main intersections in assless chaps with no shirt, swinging around a big chain over his head. Dick and everything hanging out. Just imagine driving up on that

I try to avoid that side of Hammond. Even the Buffalo Wild Wings is shite. I used to go to Leblanc's for my $9.99 Busch light 18 pk, but rouses is buying them out. Looks like I won't have to go over there anymore.

If there's a 'major' city in Louisiana worse than Alexandria, I havent seen it.
Shreveport USED to be the worst, but Alex has taken that title from them in the last 10 years.
Hammond's no prize, but it's nowhere as rotten as the awful places in CenLa and north Louisiana.
And yes, Bogalusa is a toilet, but it's not big enough to be considered.
