Is Hammond the trashiest city in LA?

I have unfortunately had to come to this hell hole for the past couple weeks for work and have yet to find a redeemable quality. I cannot tell if the majority of women are pregnant or just fat and the ones that are a healthy weight have a case of meth mouth so bad, it makes Derrick Henry look like he should be in a Colgate commercial. The driving here is awful. Wether it be the 18 year old baw riding your arse In his camero or the 150 year old black man going about 10 mps at all times. The other day I was going to lunch and stuck behind this idiot that had me going, "is this person retarded?" Turns out he was going to the nicest place in Hammond (hi-ho) too and when he got out the car he was legitimately retarded. I'd be hard pressed to find a worse city in the state. What say the ot?
