Absolutely.

People will be shocked at how many that have been given permission to work remotely all of a sudden "need to go into the office" after a week or so.

Working at home can absolutely get boring.

My typical schedule is alternating. Work from home Monday, Wednesday and every other Friday.

I would say yes. I'm a GM of a hotel and having to go in when I'd honestly rather not. No idea what the guests who are even staying here have been exposed to in the last 14 days. Revenue is essentially non-existent at this point, and it will only get worse from a numbers standpoint if that's even possible.

I worked at home all last week, have to be in the office today to help put in a proposal on a very large project, then will be working from home the rest of this week and next. I’d be lying if i told you i wasnt stoked as hell to get up early and come in to work today.

That being said, my floor normally has about 75 people on it, and right now we are at about 15 people. But once i’m done today i will be more than happy to hunker back down at home.

I'm at my office now. The door is locked and we're doing appointments by telephone. I'm the only one here now. Someone else is coming in later but we'll be in different offices and practice social distancing. I could work from home but all my shite is here and I'd have to be coming back and forth anyway.

It's laughable you think people are as productive at home working through virtual access as they are in the office.

Especially dumb considering kids are home from school.

I worked from home last week, I got more done before 9sm today then all of last week. I work as an engineer for a large chemical facility and the amount of people trying to work remotely is killing the speed of the VPN and overall killing productivity

No reason to go in if you can work remotely, unless you're just far more productive at the office. I'll go in for a few hours here and there because there are some systems I can't access remotely for security reasons. There are very few people in my area of the office that aren't working remotely though so I don't really interact with anyone.
