Given the population demographics of New Orleans, AAs are about as over represented as blood type A. Seems the governor just wants to push things toward civil unrest. If anything of the sort happens, I hope y’all properly target the political class first.

Yes so the 70% of COVID in LA being black also makes total sense (to that other person who said “well the black population isn’t even 70%”)

Our local news said the same thing here:
