Do you really believe that? It’s really because they don’t have the resources to test. A president of one of the countries said as much when asked how his country has zero cases.

Yes, don’t they have higher infection rate for AIDs, other communicable diseases and unplanned pregnancies?

That’s probably eugenics based bullshite. It’s probably just lifestyle and decision making outcome.

You can't get malaria if you have sickle cell.

Sickle cell is awesome.

i'd be willing to bet it's a socio-economic and population density issue more than it is a race thing

That’s great and all, but it could be an issue with pneumonia.

Albany, GA says yes:

Black people account for “90 percent or better” of the Dougherty County deaths, said county coroner Michael Fowler. The dead range in age from 42 to 80, averaging about 60 years old. Fowler added, “Most of them had underlying conditions — diabetes, COPD [a lung disease], cancer, AIDS — all of these underlying conditions compromised their immune systems.”

My thought is that this may at least be partially related to the Bible thumpers being preached to that this is not a virus but Satan spreading his wrath on mankind so there are few or no precautions being taken by some segments of the population.
