What I’ve heard is that the AA community thought they couldn’t get the corona virus and that it only really affected whites, Asians, and Hispanics.

Considering the hardest hit parish in LA Orleans is 80+% black it isn't surprising. Sure blacks are less than 20% of state population and even far less in some areas but the new orleans metro area is predominantly black.

Without question. Almost all of or positive admits, as well as vented positives in ICU are AA. The social distancing/masking/staying home memo hasn’t “reached” the community.

Your numbers are wrong. Orleans is about 60-65% black and the state is 34%.

They are still significantly overrepresented in critical cases. FWIW, the evidence doesn't suggest they are infected at higher rates. It only suggests that they are advancing to critical stages at a much higher rate. This is predominately because of significantly high rates of comorbidities.

Life insurance companies are the most racist. And I’m outraged. Why, just last week they charged a kindly 50 year old black woman who is obese, takes diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol medicines more than they charged a racist 50 year old white woman with an ideal build chart and no medications. Tell me that’s not systemic racism. I hate AmeriKKKa.

The reason its not is actually not due to urban areas, its due to rural areas. Since many rural areas don't have easy access to fresh food they only have access to smaller convenience stores, that's a large reason why you can buy so much BS with food stamps.
