when I eat breakfast its usually two soft boiled eggs, or French style scrambled eggs.

At the golf course it's a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit.

work days, mostly cold cereal. (some type of Cheerios or LC) I like cold liquid in the morning. or maybe oatmeal if I run out of cereal. then take a coffee to work.

Weekends, oatmeal or some type of bread. (biscuit, pancake etc)

I can't eat meats and such that early in the day.

Lunch is the most important meal of the day, not breakfast. In fact a heavy breakfast is the last thing you need if you plan on being productive. If you eat until late in the evening, your body hasn’t burned the calories from your previous meal so a heavy breakfast isn’t a good idea

Coffee.

The only thing I eat for breakfast when I have it is hog's head cheese.

Calories are like a budget. Figure out your TDEE (calories you burn) and eat less. Distribute those however you see fit.

I haven't had breakfast in 15 years. Lost 80ls doing that and I enjoy all my calories from noon till bedtime. Works like a charm

Somewhere along the line someone made up 3 meals a day, but our ancestors ate when the tribe killed something. That could be every day or every 3 days. Your body doesn't "need" an energy source every X hours. Thats BS

Yep, the bacon people ran a hell of a PR campaign to set up that whole narrative, and now America is fat.

If I eat breakfast, I feel like crap the rest of the day. Haven't eaten breakfast on a normal day in at least a decade. Only time I do it is like Christmas morning with the family. Most days its just coffee most of the morning, water in the afternoon and then a big dinner. Only eat lunch if I have a special reason to and then no dinner.

Bacon isn't the reason people are fat. Nobody takes the time to prepare a meal anymore.

People are fat because they eat 3 servings of cereal, milk, and fruit juices for breakfast.

It's all the sugar that's fattening America.

My point is people eating a thousand calorie breakfast to start the day is not good unless you work manual labor and will have that burned off by noon.

I skip breakfast everyday.

If I eat anything for breakfast I'm starving in about two hours. If I don't eat I'm fine and can go until after noon w/o eating. I only eat breakfast if we are on vacation/out of town and go somewhere, other than that I can't do it.

I tried a breakfast experiment while I was at LSU to save some money. My parents had chickens so the eggs were free. I ate nothing but eggs and water for a straight week. I’m talking breakfast, lunch, and dinner so I was averaging 15-18 eggs a day.

My findings: I lost 4 pounds, saved money, and took a break from eggs for awhile.

My go to breakfast is a fried egg, an English muffin and some fruit.

My favorite breakfast is bacon, eggs, and biscuits.

Maybe when I retire… in 30 years. Otherwise it weighs me down and I feel like crap for a few hours. Usually a banana. I’ll eat eggs on the weekends.

Same. I'm hungry around lunch time whether or not I eat breakfast, and I feel infinitely better in the morning if I just have water and coffee. I try to eat in an 6-8 hour window. Makes me feel the best.
