I took an actual test conducted by a psychiatrist using the scoring guidelines I laid out.

Just for clarification, psychiatrists aren't really trained to give and/or interpret IQ tests. Typically only psychologists can give and interpret them, although some states allow technicians to give but not interpret them.

My IQ was 130, which was the exact cutoff for genius level. She said that meant I could understand any concept humans can think up, but I likely would not develop something like the theory of relativity on my own, which would require close to the max IQ of 160.
There really isn't a 160 max in IQ; it's just most tests set a floor (a lower bound) and ceiling (an upper bound) for practical purposes (e.g., not enough individuals to standardize at that even, volatility in the tails of the distribution, and diminishing specificity in predictions in the tails).

I believed you. That's probably because my number is so high, other high numbers don't make me feel threatened. I was drunk and high when I took it, too.

i'm no fricking where near that number. i'd be lucky to get a 130 these days.
Most broad cognitive processing areas level off then have a slight decline later in life. You're probably in that plateau age.

Except the cognitive ability of Comprehension-Knowledge has one of the highest loadings on G along with Fluid Reasoning (i.e., problem-solving solving and reasoning) so it is important.

Great book, but while his general theme is generally correct, he seemed to misrepresent or miss some phenomenon (e.g., regression to the mean in predictions).
