Depends on your criminal history and the state laws. Could be probation for theft of small value, or they might hit you with some kind of simple arson. If you had priors like this guy, you might get some time.
Some may think nothing would happen if it is the US rather than a LGBQT flag. They should test their theory by stealing a US flag off a veteran’s grave, burning it, and posting it all on YouTube. Report back on the final sentence.
