Damn, how bad did it hurt that loose a-hole of yours to learn that a fairy flag went up in flames? Did you choke on your soy latte...or a dick?
You seem confused.

Sure why not, he doesn’t deserve to have constitutional protections because he is a three-time loser right?
What are you babbling about? He got his protections.
He stole a flag. He burned it.

My point is the sentence is excessive unless there are underlying reasons that were not reported yesterday.
You mean like committing previous crimes.
And telling a judge you are gonna keep committing crimes?

From USAToday 12/19/19
"Martinez was sentenced Wednesday to 15 years for the hate crime of arson, as well as a year for the reckless use of explosives or fire, and 30 days for harassment."
That's pretty specific don't you think Bob?
By the way, the sentence had already been determined prior to his impact statement.

Im sure this wasn't the first time this gem made it known.

No, I don't think so, lol. How many times have you posted in this thread? This isn't a chat room. You are ate up, ma'am.

Yeah and some gal that ran over and killed 3 kids getting off a school bus and seriously injuring one other so bad the kid has already had 21 surgeries got all of 4 years jail time and 3 years probation and lost her driver's license for 10 years.
Something is seriously wrong with the judicial system.

That’s Bob’s go to response when he can’t make a logical retort.

You are comparing apples to oranges. It isn't like this is the same judge. It isn't even the same state. Not to mention, the subject of this thread intentionally committed crimes. Those kids you are referring to were killed in a tragic accident. People have caused wrecks and killed people all the time and walk with little to no jail time. I'm not judging whether the sentence is fair or not, but comparing the two situations makes no sense.

Agree or disagree, he's still within his constitutional rights

Is burning a LGBT flag a protected right?
I know American flags are.

Then it is pretty clear he wasn't sentenced for a protest.
He was sentenced for arson.
He was sentenced for arson.

And either they didn’t include it or you left it out, but his 3 strike warranted more than that.
He is lucky that he got 16
But, that doesn’t change e fact that he had his rights.
The law is the law. Don’t line it. Don’t commit crime. Or work to change it.

It’s cool. I’ll support you coming out.

Why is the logical retort to someone claiming I’m gay.
You are a moron.

I thought so too. There must be more. I think... congress passed a law protecting the American flag.

They are getting hung up on it being a flag. A rainbow flag specifically.
Using one law, free speech, as a means to defend what this guy did, arson.
Granted, Israel isn't a Jewish state (*wink* *wink*), but if a Palestinian in NY decided to rip an Israeli flag off a Synagogue and burn it in the street while professing he was doing the work of Allah people would still want him charged with arson.

Again you are the one who seems confused.
Your response to everyone is the same when you have no legitimate points to make.
I don't know if you are gay or if another poster stated this about you and I couldn't care less.
I just see a pattern, as does everybody on this board, that when you are unable to make a reasonable response you revert to stating "you're confused", You're a retard", You're a Moron...
When in fact you are the one having difficulty understanding simple concepts.
