Yea I don't live in a large city so seeing a Ferrari is pretty unusual. When I do it's that ugly thing.

Seeing an American made sedan feels unusual these days.

In fairness, what do you think is a better looking CUV than the Purosangue?

I didn't see it in the wild, obviously, but the Hyundai N Vision 74 concept that just got confirmed for production certainly fits the interesting bill.

Back to top 1996 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe

My father had one and it was riddled with problems: steering box, a lot of different electrical gremlins and AC failures. Surprised there are any on the road even as weekend drivers.

Henrick Fisker designed some of the best look cars of the last 30 years, BMW Z8, Aston Martin DB9, and Aston Martin V8 Vantage and several more.

The details behind the Fisker Karma and Ocean are pretty wild when he went out on his own to start Fisker the company. The Ocean never really got going and there are a few out there, but they have significant issues with their electronics and no support for them anymore since the company went out of business.

A guy in the town where I live has some neat stuff. His daughter goes to the same school that mine does. On Monday he picked his kid up in a 1957 Nash Metropolitan. Yesterday it was a 1952 Kaiser Wilhelm. Today he picked her up in one of the two hearses he has.

One nice byproduct of visiting the West Coast is seeing the Datsun B-2littles and their kinfolk still running around.

Bunches of ‘70s & ‘80s Japanese cars & trucks that didn’t survive down here.

I saw a Nissan Altima the other day without a damaged front fender and it wasn’t riding on the donut spare either.
