Basically a foundation was setup to build a football stadium for Carver HS about 10 years ago. Previous Director who setup the fund went years without a salary and raised nearly 1.5 million dollars and several in kind free contributions.
Once he left, they hire a lady to manage the fund, she makes 5 thousand a month plus benefits like cellular service and new computers. Fundraising dries up, but they are paying the lady 5k a month for years and do some expensive prep work and some deposits on equipment. Now the fund has about 900 dollars and still no stadium for Carver.
