Wouldn’t have happened if we didn’t have police. A couple of good social workers could have defused the situation.

The front fence isn't nearly high enough to stop the casual fence jumper. See the heights of fences in NOLA for lessons.

They were just looking for their chemistry textbooks, and were angered that they were missing.

Some social workers would've diffused the situation!
