I’ve never voted for him, but he was a very successful lawyer before taking office.

This is how you know sea levels rising are bullshite. None of the people who push this would live on the coast.

Was he? What were some of the big deals or cases he was involved in as an attorney?

I saw he billed under 2000 hours in his entire "legal career".
That's what, 2 years?

He was a teaching professor. Not even a full fledged professor.
The guy was a clown.

Failure in private sector.

Private sector paid him and his wife $65 million for a book deal. Private sector also pays up to $600k for him to speak. I don’t see that as much of a failure.

And people really believe:

1. There is no uniparty pilfering our pockets, getting rich off of our money.
2. Your side actually cares about you.

2000 hours? That's more like 1 year I believe.

I don't completely disagree here, but the idea that any president of the US should not become wealthy from all of the book deals and speaking arrangements is laughable. Republican's do the exact same.

So whataboutism makes it ok? No, that's precisely what's wrong. The existence of the uniparty.

You're one of the few that get it my brother. While everyone else is fighting over shite like abortion, they're stealing us blind and selling us to China.

Poor guy, he doesn't realize sea level rise will destroy that property in a couple of decades?

He probably didn’t. He probably got rich from those million dollar appearance fees after he left office, the book he wrote, and whatever endorsement deals he has. Of course, taking money from Russia, China, and Iran probably didn’t hurt.

I’d imagine a book deal for the president should produce a ton of money

Along with speaking fees etc...
