Infant circumcision - to cut or not to cut?

Got a baby boy coming in a few weeks and I've kind of assumed that he'd be circumcised, I guess because I was and assumed most guys of my generation were. It's hard to wade through research online with this, because most sites I go to seem to have an agenda one way or another as opposed to simply presenting facts.
I'm in favor of it primarily for cosmetic reasons - I know in gym the guys who hadn't had it done often received the nickname "Anteater." My wife is less convinced than me.
With that said, I turn to the OT. For those of you with sons, what did you do? Why? Any regrets or affirmations? Also any other opinions or penis jokes are of course welcome. Take it away.

I'm pretty sure dick cancer becomes a real possibility for uncircumcised while nearly non-existent for circumcised.
There's probably a lot of good medical reasons for circumcision.

Cut. A lot of girls are put off by anteaters and there are cleanliness and smell issues.
It's tramatic and painful but better to cut at two days old then later in life.

I'm not sure how a ton of people have come to belief that getting circumcised is on the same level as female genital mutilation, but it appears to be a widespread opinion in Europe.

My wife left it up to me. I was cut, so I decided to have him cut. There was no real reason behind it other than that. It healed in a couple of days and all was well.
I always assumed that most boys were, but it seems like it's now the popular thing to heavily criticize in social media these days.

When my son was born 14 years ago, this was never even discussed between my wife and me. We both knew we wanted his little pee pee snipped.
