The Pakistani F-16 was - I’m sure - not updated with the latest tech.
Besides that, the F-16 isn’t an air superiority fighter.

It's pilot competence. The F16 pilot obviously sucked more than the guy flying the mig.

We haven't heard much the last 3-4 days about this skirmish, I guess we won't be seeing a all out war between India and Pakistan.

They've had some versions of the F-16 since the 80's. We sold them some more in 2005, and possibly again in 2016

Maybe because the dog fight participants are two of the worst Air Forces that happened to be modernized?
That dogfight is the military equivalent of a giant bar fight. Except the entire bar is full of blind people. Lots of swings getting thrown... someone will get lucky.
