I hear what you are saying and initially thought most guys would want to live near the core of the city. But remember its also about the practice facility, especially for football players. Those guys living in Kenner might have a shorter commute 4 days out of the week going to Airline Hwy.

I love living where I live because I am walking distance to so much stuff and can easily bike, walk, streetcar, or bus downtown. Not sure those guys ever need to bike or walk anywhere.

However, I don't get the appeal of living out in Kenner or Metairie
a lot of these guys grew up in projects, tiny apartments, etc... they want the huge house and pool

ot sure but Anthony Davis and Sean Payton lived in my sister's building in the WD for a while. Neither are there now. I think a couple of players may be living there now.

Have run in to several Pelicans players Uptown and one of them had a place in the Cotton Mill. He may still have it, but it obviously has some bad juju now.

The Israeli guy that never played was part of the community out in Metry.

Colston was my grandparents neighbor in Ormond. I believe he sold his house once he was done playing. Offensive Coordinator, Pete Carmichael Jr lives a couple of streets over.

The OT thinks that Nola is 90% projects and welfare queens so I know it may be shocking to some that there are lots of great areas of Nola.

Are you an actual window locker, or do you just play one on the internet?

Mark Ingram was my parents neighbor for his first 4 years.

Jrue Holiday and Cam Jordan both live within 4 blocks of my house. I'm sure there's more.

ETA: Forgot about Morestead. See him at church all the time.
