I am talking about you....Denise Richards...........

Not sure about her being a callgirl, but i knew a guy years ago, friend of a friend, who dated Denise Richards for a while and said she absolutely LOVED it up the butt... That’s a true story.

Don't know about them, but one I can assure that is not is Kevin Costner, dude was banging so many women during the filming of JFK in NOLA....until his wife dropped in

Interesting.. did you witness this on the set, or out at bars etc?

I was working at a movie theatre on the outskirts of NOLA during the JFK filming, Costner came to see a movie with his wife and kids and a guy i worked with pulled a Dances w/Wolves poster out of the display and had him sign it... also Costner and his wife got divorced not long after.
I stay in hotels a lot for work, traveling for away football games, etc and the second thing i always do after checking in is hang the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door.. it stays there until i check out.. ive had too many bad experiences with things going missing , and i would just rather the hotel staff stay away from my stuff.

you're getting to near sellout of the 20,000 rooms in the NOLA CBD/Quarter.

I thought the number was closer to 30k rooms just in the City proper, but i could be wrong .

In any case, i just tried booking a room and the cheapest i could find was around $450.
Once circa 1995 i hung out with some friends at the Caterie listening to the Allison Collins band, then drove home to NOLA.. next morning i woke up and relaized i had left my debit card at the bar.. Called the Caterie to see what time they opened so i could drive back to BR and get my debit card, owner /manager told me they were going to have to close down for a while b/c a large aquarium had busted and flooded the whole place(?) Wound up driving out a few days later to get my card.

For the LSU/Oregon and the LSU/TCU games a few yrs back, we stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Arlington, which was great b/c it’s about a 15 min (very safe) walk from the stadium... Being that the game next yr will prob be another 8pm start and a nightmare to get an Uber after, i went ahead and booked there again.. Lots of bars/restaurants around, and there are a couple other Marriotts on the same street, one is a TownePlace Suites and cant remember the other.. In any case, there seems to be more game-related activities going on in that area than in other areas such as downtown Dallas that weekend.

I booked my rooms for the LSU/Georgia game next yr (Oct 2018) at the big Marriott off College Dr.. as others have mentioned, it’s nice , it isnt too far from campus and there are lots of restaurants nearby.. I usually stay at the Courtyard Marriott on Acadian Thruway but i think they got wise to those of us who like to book a year out, since i checked their rates and the rooms for Sept/Oct 2018 game weekends are $500/night(!)

So you have NEVER once driven after ingesting something that messes you up?

I dont understand the ‘logic’ (and i use that term loosely) here... i personally have definitely driven a car after drinking more than i should have when i was younger (teens and 20s, not since then).. but it was only pure luck that I never got a DUI.. hell, it was pure luck that i never wiped out a family of four, or maimed or killed myself... None of that means that I shouldn’t have gone to jail if any of those things had happened, woulda probably taught my punk arse a lesson... So just because someone *has* done something wrong in the past doesnt mean they cant passionately advocate against doing that thing.. if anything , it might give that person a better perspective of how wrong that thing is.

For the record, no DUIs ever, and I always uber because it isn’t worth it. But it bothers me that it is all or none with drinking.

No DUIs here either... but the problem IMO is that it isn’t all or nothing with drinking... i dont understand why it’s legal to have even one drink, and then get behind the wheel of a weapon that weighs 2 or 3,000 lbs.. there are just too any other options in 2017– you can either designate a driver, call an Uber, walk to the bar, drink at home, etc etc etc.... People don’t realize what an absolute epidemic drinking and driving (or buzzed driving) is until it affects them or someone they love, as it has to me... Also it seems to me that the line between being “okay” to drive and not okay is really blurry; most people think they are fine after a drink or two, but it’s impossible for them to realize when they are one drink over the line... Drinking doesnt mix with driving, even a little bit, and it’s time that the laws reflect that.

Just curious, do you still drink and drive?

Y.A. Tittle? Why *not* a tittle?!

Sorry.. Too soon?

Actually, that's incorrect... Had we not beaten FL, we wouldn't have been selected to be the 2:30 game... Remember 5 or 6 yrs ago when the Tigers could do no wrong, we were constantly being shifted to game slots earlier in the day... I even rember one particularly egregious 11am kickoff.. There were A LOT of ruffled feathers amongst the fanbase, but the company line from the administration was 'That's the price of success'... i hated it then, and i hate it now... That was the one bummer when we beat FL this pat wknd, i immediately knew that it meant we'd have an early game against Auburn... Terrible tradeoff IMO, but it's better than losing i guess.

Bummed that it's a day game... But I'll be there, albeit in the air conditioned confines of the Tiger Den.
