I'm in LA for the week. Been in the Houston area (The Woodlands specidically) for 4 years now. I'm not pretending Houston is the greatest place on earth. But here is absolutely nothing in LA that even hints at making me want to come back here. For every nice neighborhood/area in LA, you can find nicer in Houston. For every shitty area in Houston, I can find shittier in LA.

Late to this thread, but Houston has probably been a craphole since it was founded. Worst city in America. I’d rather go to Detroit.

Beer Market on Studemont is for Wisconsin. Irish Cowboy in Midtown is for Ohio State. Unsure where the LSU fans or even the Bama fans congregate.
