Knew something was going on. Been hearing sirens all morning. Way too much activity for a Sunday morning. And a helicopter just flew over my house in that direction.

Google Maps shows an accident with traffic backing up west bound so I am assuming that is this incident.
Appears that the accident is on the 3 mole bridge and they are diverting traffic to Belle Terre.
Disclaimer - This is just an assumption from Google Maps so don't take it as anything but an assumption.

That's terrible. This is why I am such a defensive driver and try to stay away from other vehicles on the road. I do not want to die in a car wreck.
