You're correct.
It was a fricking illegal without a driver license. Seems laws only apply to Americans.

So am I to understand the bus was filled not with 'volunteers' for flood relief but with illegal immigrants? Who was responsible for this initial bit of misinformation and why will none of the media outlets correct the story?

It was a party bus complete with stripper pole that was being used to shuttle illegals to BR to aid in cleanup on the cheap and off the books.
The driver was unlicensed. It is what it is, but that's a 'touchy' subject to the snowflake media.

Wonder how many fine upstanding people who lost their homes have turned away illegals from helping repair their homes.
The news might focus on the unlicensed driver, but the demand was there for cheap labor.
This is just terrible, especially those fire fighters.

I would assume having a DL was required to rent it. Hopefully, they go after the person that rented it.
Most likely it's the "contractor" that was making bank by hiring cheap labor.
