On a par with Scotlandville. So negative.

Unlimited funds, San Diego

Somewhat limited funds, Utah or Western North Carolina

Looking for all kinds of women, but looking for a doctor. Sorority girl, athletic, yoga and volleyball. But obviously I would like East Asian, Latina, and Black too.

Miami.

Looking for a doctor in an under-the-radar city with things to do in and around the area? Richmond, VA.

1984-1999 Denver Colorado. The libs reached critical mass and took over around 2000.

South of Knoxville or a place like Greeneville TN. Small but close enough.

Eastern Washinton and Oregon will give you the warmer weather in the summer but still a chance to experience all the seasons and meet all your criteria.

Looking for smaller big cities. Need outdoor recreation( eg. kayaking), breweries, hot weather, etc.

Richmond, VA actually checks all of these boxes.
