Summers are beautiful. Winters are gray and depressing, and its not an exaggeration when they say its really gray. Most days Late oct- end of March are Gray. Politics are overwhelmingly blue as others have stated, so if that bothers you, not a great fit.
Outdoor activities are plentiful and always do able if you are into that.

re: Peter Millar polos - have you had a good experience & like the quality?

As others have said, the quality and fit are great, but they are long if they are untucked, so you'd probably have to get them tailored if you plan on wearing them untucked.

Do we know the date Tennessee single-game tickets go on sale for non season ticket holders?

I went last year in COVID which wasn't the normal experience but I still had a blast. I tried most of the sports books there and some had worse vibes due to COVID. The only big one I didn't try was the new one in town, CIRCA, which I hear is great but its way farther north compared to every other book. I'd try that one out for a day and if you like it, then come back. If not I just spend your time at westgate. The vibe at westgate was the best I felt. Agree with what the others said about mobile betting. Much easier and you don't have to wait forever in line waiting for someone who has never bet before.

Having lived in Ahwatukee can confirm living in the Ahwatukee/Chandler area is great if great for family life but probably not the best thing if single. As for Glendale, don't consider it, east valley/scottsdale is where you'd want to be

Pretty good outcomes with surgery if you stick with the PT. You'll be feeling pretty good around 12 weeks after surgery
re: Anyone have luck rehabbing a torn meniscus

Rehab is equally as effective as a meniscectomy. If you are younger and it still gives you issues, a meniscal repair will be the best surgical option for the long term outlook.

Would recommend exhausting every possible option before even considering it. I see far too many people with spinal surgeries every week who end up no better than they were before surgery and sometimes end up worse. If you really do end up going through with it at that point, pick the very best surgeon available.
re: If you were in your 20's, where would you move to?

Eastern Washinton and Oregon will give you the warmer weather in the summer but still a chance to experience all the seasons and meet all your criteria.

I'd tell you to find another ortho, but first I'd just tell her to find a solid physical therapist as the benefits of the surgery vs rehab are about the same at her age

Try physical therapy first, you can go directly to a physical therapist without waiting until March
