I went last year in COVID which wasn't the normal experience but I still had a blast. I tried most of the sports books there and some had worse vibes due to COVID. The only big one I didn't try was the new one in town, CIRCA, which I hear is great but its way farther north compared to every other ...

Having lived in Ahwatukee can confirm living in the Ahwatukee/Chandler area is great if great for family life but probably not the best thing if single. As for Glendale, don't consider it, east valley/scottsdale is where you'd want to be ...

Rehab is equally as effective as a meniscectomy. If you are younger and it still gives you issues, a meniscal repair will be the best surgical option for the long term outlook....

Would recommend exhausting every possible option before even considering it. I see far too many people with spinal surgeries every week who end up no better than they were before surgery and sometimes end up worse. I'd tell you to find another ortho, but first I'd just tell her to find a solid physical therapist as the benefits of the surgery vs rehab are about the same at her age...

Try physical therapy first, you can go directly to a physical therapist without waiting until March...
