I’d buy up all the blighted ghettos around LSU, all the section 8 apartments, raze them to the ground and build a community/nightlife area that would make the LSU area the best college town in the nation.


ETA: oooooooohhhhh...even better. Pay a bunch of hooligans to set it on fire first, then buy the burnt out ruins on the cheap. Good, safe neighborhoods all the way from LSU to downtown. Students and professionals and families.

I would fund a shitload of merit based scholarships. I would also fund a big trade school and give scholarships to that also. I am unsure how to choose the recipients of the trade school schollys . Suggestions?

Remainder to build a toll bridge across the Mississippi, a bit south of the "new" MRB.

Toll would be one direction only, in perpetuity set at $3.50. After bridge fully paid, remainder would go to charities above.

There would be some hidden architectural aesthetics to the bridge, to somehow give a big frick you to all the politicians who haven't built the bridge yet (easily needed since the late-1980s)

i would like to put contracts out on soros and every dim and rino, but in the end that wouldnt change much, so instead i would buy cnn, huff post, and msnbc and as many others as i could and fire the whole staff to be replaced by "real" reporters reporting the truth in an unbiased manner, just the facts and you decide what to think about it.

i would prefer to buy google facebook and twitter and fire the whole staff, then delete all liberal accounts there and prevent any of their propaganda from ever seeing the light of day (because liberals said its perfectly ok to do exactly that and censor all speech you disagree with if you own those companies) but it would take a gazillionaire to afford to do that
