I would set it up as a series of prizes to cure the 3 most common deadly cancers. Cash prizes of $500 mil for 1st one cured then $300mil, and $200mil. If first one is a total vaccination then $1 billion outright.
Big pharma not allowed to play.

easy. have a huge animal sanctuary built for all needy dogs and cats and any animals.
with an endangered animal section so your grandkids can know what a snow leopard looks like.

If I were a billionaire couldn't I just buy my grandkids each their own snow leopard?

I had/have great parents and that was obviously not something I could control.

The country would be so much better if more people actually thought about this and took it into account. Props to you, sir.

Split it between Alzheimer's research and buy as much land as possible and put it in a conservatory so it can never be developed.

St. Jude’s is hard to not choose.

But I’d definitely give 50 million to LSU athletics for specific improvements of my choice. Maybe just lock Will Wade in for a decade

I'd build a new bridge in Baton Rouge and it would forever have my first name on it and would be referred to as "The (my first name) Bridge".

People would say, the downtown bridge sucks, take TheCaterpillar Bridge, its way better.
