I'd skip breakfast, go play disc golf, go to academy and buy something, eat lunch and dinner at home, pound some brews and play some video games

To the OP, in all seriousness, if I had no wife, kid, responsibilities, I'd go to the mexican grocery store, buy a few lbs of a few different kinds of meat. Some ready to cook tortillas. Few dozen limes. Twelve pack of Victoria.

And I'd spend the day grilling meat, sipping tequila spritzes, drinking beer, smoking a few aladino robustos, and sitting in my drinking chair reading an early tom clancey novel or philosophy.

I'd put half a quarter tank of diesel in my lifted 4x4 F250 Powerstroke Dually. With the remaining thee dollars, I'd buy scratch offs.

Bottle of whiskey, bag of weed and a nice trout stream.

I do find Monday to be superior to Friday to waste a PTO day. Usually work is busier on Monday, and you get to miss all of that, and everything is less crowded.
