Would you accept it if your job offered it?

I could make it. But I rather get paid weekly.

ETA; I wouldn't mind getting all my OT I worked over the year in 1 lump sum at the end of the year.

If I quit or get fired, do I have to give it back?

Nah. I get paid monthly currently and am not a fan of that.

Of course. That would be getting a guaranteed three percent raise.

Sure. Put money in an interest bearing account and auto withdrawal every 2 weeks or once per month.

When my wife had her own business she only paid herself on the 1st because it was cheaper with the payroll company.

If I did I would feel like I was working for free the rest of the year.

January 2nd.

Prepay your entire year of car note and mortgage.

Not sure how you don't come out way ahead.

Giving me a lump sum allows me to invest it and make a bigger profit on it. I’d take it.

Yes. I don’t depend on a paycheck to know that I’m doing good work.

I'm not sure most people realize they still will need to use this money to live.

Absolutely. Money is almost always worth more now.

If you're good at managing money you should definitely take that deal.

I have not had a salary since 2003. I would find a salary demoralizing and I’m too lazy by nature to keep my head in the game without a financial motivation.
