So says some study. Just heard on the news.

America needs to return to eating meals at the dining table with good dinner conversation.

We're a nation of fatties stuffing pieholes on a TV tray in a silent room.

I eat my meals in front of a computer screen, nothing but skin and bones.

I make a set portion and then eat it. How does the TV increase the caloric content of that meal?

I eat at the table and don't drink soda, but I'm still fat. What am I doing wrong?

I believe that. It'd not like your gonna get up when you're done eating, you're gonna sit there for a few hours till it's time for more food

it is not the TV's fault that you are sitting on the couch eating a large Whopper combo

I eat the same thing whether it's at the dinner table or at the kitchen island with or without the TV on. If there are people eating with me, then there's conversation regardless of whether the TV is on. If no one's home, I converse with myself.

I can stuff my piehole equally well from the dining room, thankyouverymuch.

Speaking of stuffing holes... how is your mom doing?

Those damn fat-producing TVs are the only things on the market right now, though
