If you could go back to the 80s would you?

Watching Stranger Things has me jealous as hell. I didn’t grow up in the 80s per se, born in 88, but I’d totally live in that time forever if I could. No sjw social media bullshite, and No mass group of idiots having a platform via Twitter.
Music and movie industry still relatively untainted and it was still about art. Economy was good. There was still the ability to “go to college, and you will be successful”
Everything just seemed so much less complicated. I’d love to have lived in the 80s over today.

If I could go back in the 80s at my age now with the knowledge of knowing what happens? Hell yeah. I'd be buying all kind of stock.

The best thing I remember was the freedom. We would take off for hours on bmx or our 80cc bikes and stay out until the sun came up.
No hovering. If I as a teen year old wanted to play video games at the mall, I got on my bike and went.
Great times.
