Me, I would have went to culinary art's school.

I would have loved to cook for a living.

I should have been a finance major and partied my arse off instead of being a strung out engineering major who constantly thought he was going to bomb out .

Eta: if money really didn't matter I would have studied history.

I felt this post more than any other ever on this board. I did an MBA after getting my mech e and omg. Those "equations" were a goddamn joke. Easiest 4.0 I ever got in my life.

Data science/analytics if it was offered at the time. I graduated in 2015 when it wasn't a thing and somehow found myself in the field out of sheer luck, persistence and self learning. Those young'ens still have nothing on me with those pre prepared and unrealistic/non real world data sets they use in school.

I would be a neurologist. I wouldn't want to be a surgent and do surgeries or anything, I would want to be on the research side of things, but the brain fascinates me.
