Stop all the gentrification, but also invest in north Baton Rouge. Give government contracts to POC owned contractors. Turn to community policing.

It's simple really the one thing Baton Rouge needs is Morales. The whole package. started at home very young and fostered in school.

education. The rate of return on education investment is insanely high. It also fixes a lot of other problems: a more educated populace tends to result in less crime and better health.

In my experience, carpet-bombing rarely works. Cockroaches seem to always find a way to survive. Let's stick to nuclear weapons. That'll solve the "two zip codes" issue also. Thanks!
