Water meters aren't read on a monthly basis like electric. They estimate the monthly usage and correct the bill once they get a true meter reading....

Had all 4 of mine out back in Feb on a Thursday morning and by Monday was pretty much back to normal. Only took 800mg of Advil at night just to sleep better and about half that during the day. The worst part for me was having to sleep sitting up, and for the love of god keep the ice on. Quot...
