If ISIS Were To Attack America

Would the outcome be like the one in France where 100+ are killed? Or would the fact a lot of people conceal carry help stop the attack before it got that far?

It depends on where they attack. There's a lot of places where there are likely to be densely packed people that could be attacked where odds are no one will be carrying. On the other hand, there are many places where there could be many many people carrying that could thwart such an attack.

They should probably attack an area where there are strict gun laws, like the south side of Chicago.

They would attack a place that they know would not have people packing. For instance, a "may issue" state for CCL.

They'd have to attack the north or west coast for it to be successful in my opinion. Watching the video of the man on the second floor filming people running out of the exits is a good example. Most southerners could easily thwart an attack with deer rifles and pistols in that instance.

A large liberal city and in a densely crowded area (just like Paris), most likely a mall, school, concert in the park, etc... Of course they could pull some shite like in Tenn. but the impact would be very small.

As much as it scares me, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if some type of action is taken on Black Friday. A large number of people will flood stores left and right just to get the "best deals" on certain items. It could EASILY be a target for terrorism, and if they plan it accordingly, could easily trounce the Paris numbers.

I'd think they'd have their hands full if they started shite in predominately black neighborhoods. A LOT of guns there, and alot of people willing to use them. But they should attack between the hrs of 7a-noon since all the hoods will be sleeping.
