If healthcare was free, what would you have done that you wouldn't do now because of cost?

I have some things I'd like to corrected. My nose is slightly off, one nostril bigger than the other, one eyebrow is a bit higher than the other, My dick is about 22° to the right, I have a mole behind my left ear under my hairline that I'd like removed.
not sure how much this would cost to fix, and not sure what my threshold would be to pay for it (i.e. Even if only $2,000 to fix all Do I want to spend it? probably not). But if we're all free I might say sure let's do it.
question is what would you like done that you won't do due to cost, that you would have done if free?

I'd get my teeth replaced. I was blessed with terrible genetics and grew up in a household where drinking 4 sodas a day and ignoring dentist visits was a thing. The cost of full implants is just insane right now. If it were free I'd do it

I don't think any of those would be covered under free health care.

Dumbass. None of those things are healthcare. They are elective surgery and no healthcare plan in the world covers that shite.

The wait time for cosmetic surgery will likely be through the roof, if it would even be covered. Hell, even quality of life surgeries like hip replacements will likely be denied or put at the very back of the line for people over 70.

Nothing. If I have a medical procedure, its because it absolutely has to be done. I hate hospitals and needles. Would never dealwith either one unless it was necessary.
