I have read on Facebook where a certain demographic said they would just start walking out of Walmart with buggy’s full.
The whole demographic said that? Interesting.

but your bringing up the ballroom as government spending proves nothing but that you are ignorant on the subject.
All the Dems are ignorant on the subject
Although, starting this week is another masterful troll.

It’s not taxpayer funded. But I don’t agree with it.

It is a setup...he deployed troops in the streets prior to this.

Always make policy based on what criminals will do.

I saw a Facebook post today on my town message board where a young black lady was saying they all need to get together and throw bbqs and feed each other if SNAP doesn’t get paid.
There were a few responses talking about just stealing the food, but honestly I was surprised at how few of those there were. More were saying things about taking personal responsibility. It was nice to see.
That said, I still did some extra grocery shopping this week in case SNAP is a little late in November, because I’m sure the grocery store won’t be a fun place to be.

People who collect food stamps vote Democrat 10 to 1 at the least. You’re not losing voters over it. If anything, dems have more to lose if it comes to that.
True, they will riot in Dem run cities who do not want to arrest anyone.

The problem is they don’t work for us and they do a damn good job for the groups that they do work for.

37 percent of people on food stamps are white (YES, I understand per capta, but that's beside the point in this context).
In order for "people who collect food stamps to vote Democrat 10 to 1 at the least," 70 percent of white people on food stamps would have to vote Democrat.
Their are some lazy-arse imagninary stats thrown out on this board sometimes.

I genuinely think that may be Trumps plan. Let people act up, come in and bring iversite to the cities.

I’d say that the people who PAY FOR those food stamps are the backbone of this country but go on…

Not good.
For every welfare queen or slob we see using them, and I make fun of some of them too, there are people who genuinely need them.

I think you are mistaking who really pushes riots and violence to mobilize its voter base.
Dems pushed riots for an entire summer across the country in 2020. They are pushing violence in Chicago, LA, Portland, and other places for politics.
Also, only one party has voted in the double digits against continuing funding all govt at exact same pre-shutdown levels. In the Senate you can’t get more than 3 Dems to peel away to get to 60 to close debate and just allow a vote on the 2 month extension the house republicans already had passed.
Again the Dems in Senate aren’t allowing a vote on temporary extension of status quo for govt spending and prefer this shutdown instead. This is exactly what they want.

Think of 5 riots in the near past…. What demographic was 99% of the rioters?
Posted on 10/23/25 at 6:36 pm to LSUFanHouston
No it won’t… most people food stamp benefits pays for probably half a month of food… recipients already paying cash for food half of the month… most people overestimate how many benefits people actually receive… Louisiana already strict on work requirements… those people using food stamps are more than likely employed (at least in Louisiana)… Landry misread the situation in Louisiana concerning SNAP benefits… this ain’t no good for either Democrats or Republicans… a large percentage of both bases going be inconvenienced by this… I spend about $150 cash a week on groceries… that’s just me and my 7 year old daughter… I probably make more than everyone receiving SNAP benefits in Louisiana… so I ain’t no way they don’t need the benefits… kids need to be fed they shouldn’t be punished for the decisions of irresponsible parents and politicians
