Lockett Hall LSU, complete with ants...

This isn't the most interesting building posted, but orange leaves on the ground gets me excited. I'd love to experience a 55 degree fall Saturday right about now.
Hell, I'd take 85 right now.

Coimbra University Library, Portugal. Bats emerge after hours and eat moths and other book destroying insects.

LSU Campanile:
LSU Law School (old building):
Murchison Tower, Trinity University in San Antonio. Iconic, but ugly. Spent my freshman year there.
and lastly, one that is NOT a building anymore:
The Columns at Missouri. Built with local limestone, the six Ionic-style columns on Francis Quadrangle originally supported Mizzou’s first campus building — Academic Hall. After a fire destroyed Academic Hall in 1892, the Columns were all that remained. With Jesse Hall in the background, this is as iconic of a college campus scene as there is.

A little different than the other posted places, but this is certainly iconic.
